1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any service provided by 1777cx (the "Platform"), including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games and account management services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the 1777cx website. Registration of an account constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 1777cx Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1777cx does not permit access to or use of its services by any person under 18 years old.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. Users in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad are solely responsible for independently verifying the legality of online gaming under Pakistani federal and provincial law before registering.
• You must not be a self-excluded user or a person who has previously been restricted or banned from the 1777cx Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee or proxy for any other person in respect of any activity carried out on the Platform.
• You must be the sole, authorised user of your registered payment method(s) at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

1777cx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 1777cx support may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register a maximum of one (1) account on the 1777cx Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 1777cx reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances, including both deposited funds pending investigation and bonus balances.

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifecycle of your account. You must notify 1777cx promptly of any changes to your registered details. 1777cx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain up-to-date account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your 1777cx account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately using the contact details provided on this website.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1777cx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account and are subject to change.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 1777cx reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and request re-submission with a correctly registered instrument if this condition is not met.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification ("KYC") clearance. 1777cx may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal method before releasing funds. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request submission.

Winnings derived from wagering activity on 1777cx may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Requests to withdraw bonus funds before satisfaction of wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it.

5. Betting Rules

All sports betting markets offered on 1777cx, including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC tournaments), basketball (NBA) and American football (NFL), are governed by the market-specific rules published on the relevant market page at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the market-specific rules, the market-specific rules will take precedence for that wager.

Bets accepted by 1777cx are binding once confirmed by the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirmation. 1777cx will not cancel or amend confirmed bets on the grounds of user error except in cases of manifest error by the Platform itself.

In the event of a "Manifest Error" — defined as an obvious error in the display of odds, market status or event outcome — 1777cx reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the users' accounts. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable.

In-play betting is available on selected markets. 1777cx reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice in order to manage risk, correct data or respond to an external event affecting the integrity of the fixture.

6. Casino & Games

The 1777cx live casino and slots sections are provided by third-party game studios and live dealer operators ("Game Providers"). The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. 1777cx does not control the Random Number Generator or live dealer mechanics of Game Provider titles; the integrity and fairness of those systems is the responsibility of the respective Game Provider and is subject to independent certification.

All game sessions are logged. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot spin, the outcome of any round already initiated will be resolved and recorded. 1777cx will not reverse resolved game outcomes on the basis of a disconnection claim unless a verifiable Platform-side technical error is confirmed by the relevant Game Provider.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available to 1777cx users are subject to individual terms published alongside each offer. General conditions applicable to all promotions include: (a) bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal of bonus or associated winnings is permitted; (b) bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met; (c) 1777cx reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice; and (d) any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated low-risk wagering to extract value, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1777cx Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots or scripts of any kind.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Match fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting fixture.
• Money laundering or the use of 1777cx for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to 1777cx support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward 1777cx staff or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1777cx Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of 1777cx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without the prior written consent of 1777cx.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777cx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered thereon. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure or any other commercial loss, even if 1777cx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1777cx does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Responsible Gaming
